Dr. Chan is a phenomenal physician who has done & continues to do a remarkable job effectively managing my spine-related pain issues. I asked DR Aronowithz for an MRI to see how my knee had digressed soft tissues wise. He refused saying it would onlly show damage to my medieal menisscus and ACL. The dumb idiot did not check my chart from years ago, I HAVE no medial meniscus left, and a torn ALC. Nor give me an MRI which my insurance covers. I went down in my church parking lot because he would not give me a handicap parking permit until I have the knee replacement he says I need. BEWARE!!

Unless You are very wealthy and enjoy being robbed stay away from OrthoIndy Hospital. This hospital functions on greed and dishonesty. The surgeon looked at my MRI and told me I needed surgery ASAP and it would take about one hour but I would have to stay overnight. I agreed and after the surgery, nurse Michelle, who could play Kathy Bates in the movie “Misery”, gave me a baby aspirin which I refused. I woke up one morning in horrendous pain. I'm 68 then 66 I went to the ortho office on 16th Goodman& Campbell. They handed me a prescription for gabapentin. I was in the most pain of my LIFE!. They didn't care!. I saw a commercial for Ortho Indy. Went to Brownsburgh loc.Dr Jackson gave me 3 options. Take pills. Therapy or Surgery. He operated on my low back and thank the Lord....I got my life back.What a GREAT MAN!. THANK YOU SIR!. Goodman and Campbell needs to be making soup they didn't care I was hurting that bad!.

Dr. Poulter was at least one half hour late in seeing me, this is after I was already in the (next to be seen office). He came in stating that "he had trouble finding the CD." I told him that "I had it, as instructed per clinic online instructions." He proceeded to -oh my gosh-roll your eyes here, silly me I should know that. The x-ray's they took were up on the screen the whole time and I was looking at them when he finally came in. Why they decide to do x-rays fail me considering he did have the MRI and the report.
