I have had other oral surgeons and he is the best. Very little discomfort.
Dr is great but receptionist is a bully.
My daughter was referred to Olympia Oral and Maxilla-Facial Surgery to remove her wisdom teeth. When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked to provide ASL interpreter because my daughter is Deaf. In a day before the appointment, she called to confirm. I confirmed and asked if they have ASL interpreters. She said I would have to bring one on my own. Discriminated, and I wish she said that when we scheduled in a month ago. Excellent customer care. Dr. Kelson is so nice and easy to talk to. He has done several procedures for me now, sometimes multiple issues in the same surgery, and I've always had outstanding results. Two thumbs up!
The man has a horrible attitude if you try to discuss a problem he will absolutely freak out start yelling and acting like a five year old when pressed he actually threaten to call the police on me this guy is horrible I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see him
I've had oral surgery in several different parts of the country now, and have to say that Dr. Kelson in Olympia was the best! I don't love dental work and was pretty nervous; this surgery was going to be a big one. Dr. Kelson was very reassuring. He answered all my questions, and didn't proceed until he was satisfied that I was ready. Everything went great, and he checked back with me to make sure I was OK and my meds were working. I had my wisdom teeth out here. The doctor was good, I didn't feel anything during the procedure and got better pretty quick. He also gave me clear instructions before and after my appointment and even called me that night to check and see how I was doing.
