Absolute nightmare. Office is small and dirty. There is no privacy between rooms. Parking is via the laundromat next door. The office only accepts cash. The Doctor is an older styled, arrogant, man who denies writing you long term prescriptions you’ve been taking from previous doctors. They office gives you the run around and wants to refer you to other doctors or specialists which will cost you more money. I do not recommend this doctor or office!
Highly recommend Dr. Karapetian & Dr. Danielyan (both work at this location) - for quick attention and medical help. I've been to this doctors office several times and always treated with respect and receive great advice. Please note - this office is more of a 'walk-in' so be prepared to wait anywhere from 10-40min. The bright side is you will be seen that same day. Clean environment, easy parking and the staff is fantastic - friendly and always able to squeeze me in when I'm in an emergency. :)
Dr Karapetian saved a close relative of mine. She was so sick and I stayed up with her and saw that she could not sleep and had trouble breathing. In the daytime she would be asleep and when she woke up she was distressed and miserable. Dr K came in and saw the amount of mucous coming out of her and immediately sent her to Glendale Memorial ER. HORRIBLE STAFF - RUDE and INCOMPETENT. Office was DIRTY and there was no privacy in the exam rooms. The nurse, Carina, barely speaks English, comprehends it even less, which is very scary when dealing with things that should be precise... like MY HEALTH and MEDICAL TREATMENT. She was incompetent at performing a blood draw... and what's worse, I literally had to INSIST she take the needle out of my arm and STOP attempting to dig and dig. Really was a great doctor, he knows what he's talking about. Very attentive, listened to what I had to say and proposed a step by step plan so I felt comfortable. It was so easy to get an appointment and i was taken in on time. I recommend him to all my friends and family because this is a doctor I would trust with a loved ones health.
