They did multiple test and explained all the scans thoroughly. The staff was very patient letting me take my time in choosing my glasses. I have never been able to see so clearly, have always struggled having low vision. Dr.Kakzanov was very helpful.
Pleasant, thorough, informative, and helpful. I was expecting MORE tests, but he seemed to get what he needed. Also suggested I see a retina specialist to monitor a possible additional problem.
Really quick, 10 minute exam, then heavy handed attempts to get me to buy, which I had already decided to do elsewhere. Prescription was written out completely wrong, which I then took elsewhere and had glasses made that were completely wrong. No apology from this Dr., had to shame this arrogant man into remaking my glasses at no charge (the assistant was fired at some point). This has cost me $45 just in train fare to try and get my glasses. Stay away from this man, he's awful!
