Dr. McAdams takes his time to thoroughly explain things. He’s not at all rushed and answered all my questions and did so very compassionately. I’ve had surgery from Dr. McAdams before and I know I’m in good hands.

This was my first visit with Dr. McAdam, and I was so impressed by his clear explanations of complex medical and MRI information. He was concerned about my situation and did not push for surgery; he explained less invasive options first. Very clear communicator, which is not always the case with orthopedic surgeons. I'm so glad I was referred to him. Highly recommend.

Dr. McAdam makes a point to answer each question in detail at follow up visits. I have complete faith in this Doctor and encourage patients to schedule a visit and see for yourself. This was my second shoulder surgery with Dr. McAdam and both are now 100% thanks to this surgeon’s skill.
We came for a second opinion on surgery. He found something else to so look at and are now getting a second MRI from his suggestion. So happy we decided to seek his professional opinion
