Like many reviews and all patients in waiting room the time management of scheduling appointments is a joke at this office. I had a new appointment at 2:30 asked if I would be out by 4:30? Was told no problem, after sitting for an hour in waiting room I was told front desk entered wrong time and there were 2 new patients in front of me. They couldn’t tell me that when I arrived instead of wasting my afternoon. Front desk acted like it was my problem since I needed to leave at 4:30!!!
My insurance stopped covering the Kerydin prescription ($1000) that was helping. The Drs. recommended that I switch to Tolcylen, which she said they sell at the office for $50. Of course I purchased it. That evening I'm reading the drug info insert and I find out that the active ingredient is tolnaftate, available over the counter. The same drug is available at Amazon for $1.44. Shame on the Drs. for taking advantage of their patients. Patients rely on you for your guidance. Stop being greedy.
Went several times, about 5 .each time wait was over 60 minutes last time was 2 hours 15 minutes (waited cause nothing else going on at time ) said he had an emergency, he's a foot doctor for goodness shakes.started going to a dr. In white marsh who is awesome ...dr. block just keep throwing pills at me.. not finding root cause... lost me as a patient. .. he did wave my copay last visit.. woo hoo..

We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at our office. We take great pride in accommodating our patients needs in a caring and nurturing environment. While it is true that at times any medical office can run behind schedule our goal is to provide complete care to our patients, especially those seen on an emergency basis. However, we can not imagine a scenario where one would have experienced a wait as you described, nor "throwing pills" in lieu of conventional treatment.
Excellent podiatrist he's very competent he's confident and he has a great bedside manner. I'm so lucky that I found him to help me with my chronic foot problem.
The Dr is okay but the front desk staff is obnoxious. Super loud. Everytime I go and I wait in the waiting room - I can hear all the patients names, birthdays, medications, diagnosis', insurances, addresses...everything. No privacy at all.
Fantastic doctor. Would highly recommend him for any foot problem. Staff was warm and inviting. A real class act!
Excellent bedside manner. New office is inviting. Staff is very professional. Would highly recommend him!
