The absolute worst body shop experience or any car experience. How they are the recommended body shop of Capitol VW is beyond me. So after an initial accident, the repairs took about 2 weeks...just as expected, but expect absolutely no communication from them as to how the repairs are. My wife had to continually call them to ask how much longer. Between communicating with them and the insurance company we filed a claim with, it was one giant clusterf**k. They repaired both of our vehicles after accidents! Rich made sure all was taken care of perfectly. We have since moved out of state but, would definately recommend their shops for excellent repairs and on time service!
