Office is run effectively and efficiently. Doctors, nurses, clerical personnel are all welcoming. The surgery is prepared and executed with precision. This surgery center has completed a number of MOHS operation on me and I've been amazed at how effective and efficient my visits and follow up have been. I would highly recommend this center for service.
There's no question that Dr. Fazio is highly skilled and his nursing staff are kind and competent. My only complaint is that the entire operation is an assembly line. Everything is structured for their convenience. There's no respect for your time. Plan to be there all day and spend hours waiting between steps. They charge a lot (probably deserved) but don't validate parking, don't provide even a coffee or water to people who are stuck there all day. I had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Fazio. Simply awesome. Very caring, explained everything before the procedure began. Great bedside manner. He called me in the evening to make sure everything was ok and to see if I had any questions. Highly recommend him.
This was my second visit to Dr. Fazio’s office for a reoccurring facial skin cancer. Dr . Fazio was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His surgical skills are outstanding and I have the utmost confidence in his ability. His nurses were helpful, professional and considerate. Outstanding medical practice!
It was easy to for me to schedule my appt. Dr. Fazio's nursing staff were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and set me up for the doctor. Dr. Fazio was probably the one of the nicest people I've ever met. He came in, introduced himself, explained what he thought he was going to do and got got to work. I hope I never have to go back but if I do, I'd feel comfortable in their hands. He also called me at 7 pm the day of my operation to make sure I was doing alright.
