The facility, staff, and Dr. James were all perfect. They made having a colonoscopy as good as can be. I was out working with my husband in the the yard in the afternoon after the procedure.
I had a wonderful experience with Doctor James. He was very polite and attentive. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He explained my issue and the procedure he would perform. He is a real gentleman. My procedure was performed yesterday and I'm very pleased. I will be seeing him as my gastroenterologist in the foreseeable future and I would recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr James was fabulous! he put me at ease and explained the before and after of my procedure very well. Would definitely recommend to others!

I highly recommend Dr. James, Kootenai Clinic and the staff. Form the moment I checked in, prepped for the procedure and recovery, each person made me feel totally at ease. Having a colonoscopy is never a fun prep but the experience of the staff left me with vitually no anxiety.

I was treated so nice and with respect when I went in for a colon test on 06-21-2017. Dr. James talked to me before and after the procedure where he answered all my questions. He was the first person I saw when I woke up. The entire staff was so kind and caring. They knew I was afraid so they engaged me in questions about myself, my hobbies and pets to put me at ease. And they called me the next day to check on me. They were very professional and made my experience easy. Thank you so much.
