Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jacoby. My mother had been referred due to some memory changes. Dr. Jacoby was very attentive and listened to my mom's concerns. He was caring, and took the time to explained the situation in terms we all could understand.
Dr Jacoby explained everything in language that my husband and I could fully understand. Thank you Dr Jacoby for all your caring and understanding of my husband. It's so heartbreaking to go thru this and having a caring patient doctor means so very much!
Would not recommend to anyone. Ended up going to UofI hospital and have an excellent Dr.
been trying for over 3 weeks to get a appointment set. i have my referal and every time i call they transfer me to a VM and nowbody gets back to you. last call i made they told me if i wanted to go see someone else go ahead and hung up. poor customer service
