They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They always return my phone calls quickly. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning.
