Made some dumb decisions involving a credit card, didn't pay it, and the debt got sent to them. Decided to finally be an adult and own up for my mistakes. Contacted them and they agreed on a repayment plan for a lower amount than what I initially owed without too much haggling. Just wish you guys would send a confirmation email when payments are made so I don't have to watch my account like a hawk and make sure the money got taken out. Overall agreeable and nice, helpful people on the phones.
Debt collectors are literally the worst kind of people. Obviously they can't be a real lawyer so they pry on people who are having a hard time making it. We had a lawyer already deal with our issues years ago but here they come suing us for something that we believed was already taken care of. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. 👎🏼
