If I could give zero stars, I would. My appointment with Dr. Ruckenstein was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. He interrupted me as I was explaining my symptoms, offered dire predictions about my hearing loss without reviewing my medical history or records, and came across as dismissive and uninterested in truly listening. Dr. Ruckenstein is a caring, friendly physician. I don't like visiting a doctor any more than I have to, but I always enjoy my visit with Dr. R. He is professional, precise and personable.
