Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was never uncomfortable Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? They were average Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
