Dr. Messina was so flexible with me when I had severe acne and found a way around taking oral acne medications. I’ve been seeing him for 5+ years and my skin has never been better! Thank you so much!
I can't thank Dr. Messina and staff enough today. I feel like I am going to get better and might be on the road to recovery. The office was very organized and Dr. Messina, spent time and explained really what was going on with my skin and the reasons why I can hardly walk. He explained why my rash and or Eczema or Psoriasis is the way it is and has broken out so badly. I am excited with for the next few days with HOPE and a plan to be a whole lot better real soon. Thank you so much!

Dr. Messina is 5 stars in my book. I'm glad he is no longer at West Dermatology. The lower grades are for the staff at West Dermatology. The receptionists/schedulers are disengaged and need to be trained in customer service. Wait times are always long. On my last visit, I checked in and saw the Dr. Later I found that my insurance denied paying due to my referral being out of date. Why didn't the scheduler or receptionist notify me when I scheduled or checked in?
We have known Dr. Messina for several years now and every single visit, have we been thoroughly satisfied with his expertise in what route we need to take in every single instance. We highly recommend him to all of our family, friends and anyone looking for someone with highest integrity and professionalism in this field of dermatology! :)
