I was in excruciating pain and when I tried to make an appointment, the receptionist just hung up on me. I tried to call back and my calls were ignored. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and the receptionist refused to help. I explained that it was an emergency, and she said that it was at the very least, a month before even general place holder could be put in for me. This is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered and I will be filing a complaint with the New York Board or Dentistry.

Great experience & great team. I've been going to this practice for years. I can't recommend Dr Giglio & the entire team more.
I have been a patient of Albany Dental Team when it was just Drs. Levine and Lipnick in the 90s. I enjoy both offices though I primarily go to Loudonville with Dr Dan and Helena. I am always happy with my visits and recommendations. Dude the Golden Doodle, of Dr Fox, is at the NS office on certain days. I have yet to see Dude yet but intend to. I give this group a solid five.
