Absolutely love Dr. Micheal J. Fitzpatrick. I have been going to him every since he opened his own office and before when he was at another dentist office. I almost lost contact with him when the other office wouldn't tell me where he was when he left. Thank goodness for Google. Anyway, I enjoy the office music - very soothing and he is a great dentist but most importantly he is a very caring person. I recommend him highly.

I am a former dental assisting educator and worked in the field for over 30 yrs. and personally believe Dr. Fitzpatrick is the best!!! He is very conscientious and does excellent work. I have been a patient for several years. Also, his staff is well trained and formally educated with the appropriate credentials and they abide to up-to-date infection control mandates. Unfortunately, not all offices do so.

Great dentist, but the office has an annoying habit of phoning every time there is a cancelation to see if I want to move my appointment. Also, missed my appt. by one hour and phoned to apologize and reschedule. Was charged $50.00 and I understand, but a little more flexability for a long standing patient might have been nice.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
