BILLING IS A NIGHTMARE. OFFICE DEMEANOR MANAGEMENT IS A PITTY. In fact DR DUTTONS “Good” reviews on here are from Staff or close friends.
Dr. Dutton is a wonderful chiropractor, but the office staff/manager are VERY frustrating to work with. I had questions regarding my bill and was told multiple times I would receive a call back from the office manager and NEVER did. I've called 8+ times and today I was VERY frustrated when I called AGAIN. Long story short, to save my sanity, I just paid the bill not wanting to wait any longer to get my questions answered. I just needed to be done with this office.
