Why is there not a 10-star rating? If any place deserves such a prestigious rating, it would be Dr. Dowling. I've been lucky to call my self a patient of Dr. Dowling for about the last five years. Dr. Dowling agreed to treat me despite the severity of my injury and place himself at risk. I've made decent progress over the years, and Dr. Dowling has been at the center of my care.
