I have no experience with the whole medical center, but the Mental Health system is broken. They require you to have ONE OF THEIR doctors give a referral for mental health but they don't tell you that you'll never hear back from that department and that you can never get an appointment. It seems to just be a way to get another office visit. If you know anyone who needs mental health care you should just pay out of pocket and go somewhere else. The least they should do is explain that a BSW referral is required but it will be... read more
