Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Have been waiting on updates for years at this point. There’s no proactiveness when it comes to following up with clients. You go to the office in person and you are told that you can only talk to Michael Boyle via email, if you email him, he takes WEEKS to reply, when he does, and if you call he’s never in the office and never calls you back. Frustrating and disappointing to say the very least.

I worked with Anna on I-485 Adjustment of Status, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. She was incredibly efficient, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. Anna clearly explained what needed to be done and what to expect, and she always took the time to answer my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Michael is never available, he's rude sometimes. His staff when they say they will call back, they never did. Not recommended!
