Attempted two different appointments. Both visits started off terribly with a 30 minute wait in the lobby each visit. Not sure why I wasted another 25-30 minutes of my time filling out paperwork before arriving with a lengthy report of previous dental visits that the staff doesn't even bother reading. I tried to discuss my concerns with the length of time I was spending there without getting the service I requested and their very unprofessional hygienist told me no one made me be there. Bye Felicia!

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have never worked with a better dentist and will continue to make appointments with Dr. Bentley and refer others!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider welcome questions?
