i have bought 2 cars and we love them i bought a car for my husband after i bought my van from them and w e have not had any problems at all great ppl and great service we will be back to get 2 more cars from them keep up the great job we love ur service they also looked at my van before i left to make sure everything was good to go and fixed what ever neede to be done right there and then we were driving from chillicoth ohio and i have tood a lot of ppl about u all

I did of lot of research on the Web and on Sunday Newspapers. I went to the dealer for a BMW but decided for the one next to it, a Lincoln Navigator. In spite of a higher price tag, it was in mint condition, fully loaded, less mileage and newer. My statement I want to set, I never felt a typical Sales pressure. Bought a car at MichaelJ;s Auto Sales, Mike was alot a of help no pressure. Car runs great had a small issue couple weeeks later called them they fixed problem at no cost, I feel they offer quality ecomomical cars at low prices and stand behind them

I went to Michael J Auto Sales after I had an accident and only had liability insurance and totaled my Ford Escape, i found a Ford Explorier Sport Track and have had it for two years and am still very satisfied the staff and Mike were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

My sister-in-law bought a car from this lot 3 months ago and suggested that I go and just take a look, since I had been looking diligently on Craigslist for at least 2 months. I really had no intention of purchasing anything unless they had a Honda or Toyota. However once we got there and starting looking around, several cars piqued my interest. Our experience wasn't too bad. Other than unprofessionalism from certain employees it turned out good. The main complaint I had was employees cussing in front of my 2 year old. But life isn't perfect. We have had our car for 3 weeks now. Title is ready for pickup today. The car is still running well, no mechanical work was needed. I would never purchase a vehicle that needed extensive work. We made sure our vehicle was not leaking oil and in good running condition. I had a terrible experience with this business. They do not stand behind their product and even when they sign something saying they will, they dont. Please beware - don't make the mistake of buying from this business because you will take a loss. This was my WORST experience ever with a car dealer; if you dont make it to the end of East Miami River Rd, dont be surprised. Wonder why they dont have voicemail? Because they dont want to listen to customer complaints.
