Long Time Coming. We started looking for a house back in 2019, and we were only just now able to aquire one in 2024. Through the whole search, Mike was there for us! Whenever we had questions about a property, or something in the sellers disclosure, Mike was there with a timely reaponse. He thourghly explained every step of the offer process, and had great strategies for making competitive offers for houses. In my eyes, there is no better agent out currently. I highly recommend Mike Howell if you are looking to buy a house!
