Very professional and polite from the front desk to the LPN, Dr, oncology nurse, and the check out process . I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. Dr Hung was very nice and informative about my care moving forward as it is my first time visiting this practice. His plan of action for my care moving forward was precise and understandable. He listened to my medical issues that are preexisting and laid out a direct plan of treatment. His beside manor was very pleasant and reassuring.
Dr Hung was very impressive and answered all my questions. The disappointment was with my PET/CT SCAN that was done 12 days ago at SBSH and still no report. Utterly ridiculous. That report should have been in hand for this consult with Dr Hung.
