I was not given basic patient rights at this facility. The informed part of informed consent was left out. The side effects of medicines was not given, even when asked for. I asked to stay with my child until he was comfortable, and I was told it was against policy. No further explanation. It was a do it our way or no way approach. I am just thankful that I did not go to this facility for a more complicated procedure such as wisdom teeth. We will not be back.
