I would be extremely cautious at this location. I left with a credit card I did not want and no ring for my wedding. I was promised a ring for my wedding date(Which was the main reason I bought it from them) but a week later told that it was going to be another 4 to 6 weeks. The response from the store was an apathetic refund it. The online team just told me that they would send a regional manager to discuss this for further prevention but that means nothing to me. I want to give a big shout-out to Cathy for an awesome experience at this store. She helped me with 2 gold necklaces and she even went out of her way to make sure the small charm my husband bought me fit on my necklace. Thank you so much Cathy for the great service and my necklaces.
