They will also accuse you of wearing the item just to avoid a return even if you haven’t worn it! I have had the best experience with Toronto Premium and HillCreat locations; avoid STC location!
I just wanted to give an amazing review to Lisa, she really made it worth it for my boyfriend and I to return after looking at 3 different stores. My boyfriend had never bought a ring from a jewelry store and Lisa was very patient with him. It was important that I had a supportive salesperson instead of a pushy one. I would be extremely cautious at this location. I left with a credit card I did not want and no ring for my wedding. I was promised a ring for my wedding date(Which was the main reason I bought it from them) but a week later told that it was going to be another 4 to 6 weeks. The response from the store was an apathetic refund it. The online team just told me that they would send a regional manager to discuss this for further prevention but that means nothing to me.
