Don’t shop here. My engagement plans were ruined, they promised I would have my partners ring ready for Christmas and they didn’t deliver. They advised I could borrow a ring from the shop for the purposes of proposing but I would need to return it the next day. Never thought I'll be writing a bad review for any store. But there's always the first . Bought a ring for my daughter back in November ... sales person was TRISH ,i kept asking her to be sure About the resizing and she assured me that if the ring doesn't fit my daughter's finger it could be resize to ANY SIZE. She and the other sales lady ASSURED me it can be resized even if its 3-4 size up. I made sure to clear that with them so many times. Gave the ring to my daughter in dec, was too small.
