Very rude worker and on top of that I wanted to get my 6 month ring inspection. I usually go to a different location and at this location they would not allow me to get it done as I did not have my paper work. When the last time I had it inspected they did not need any paper work and was a breeze. He also said my Michael hill account was a confusing one?? Whatever that means.
Negative experience trying to return a purchase that was eligible for return. Store manager refused to accept, despite the policy listed online. Due to lack of professionalism and dishonesty, I would not recommend purchasing jewellery from the North Bay location.
The Manager Yvonne was very helpful and even fixed my watch free of charge, would definitely recommend Michael Hill to ithers
I have this whole encounter on video>>>> Today, the visit was much like every other TERRIBLE visit I have had at the North Bay Michael Hill Store. I went into this location to have my MANDATORY ring inspection completed. I was refused this inspection because I did not have my paperwork in hand ( Living out of town, it was forgotten at home, In the past when there was proper management at this location, the staff would just start a new inspection form and ask us to include it on our paperwork when we got home), Back to today ... read more
