The team at Joondalup were always so friendly whenever I was in store and made my experience really easy and enjoyable. In particular, Gillian and Michelle went above and beyond to help me with some adjustments to my engagement ring. They were both so helpful and patient while I decided what I wanted, keeping me informed throughout the process and giving me a great deal. I’d happily recommend them!
If you’re paying premium prices expecting premium service.. dont go to Michael Hill. Save your money!! Very unhelpful personal, came to exchange a jewelry which is not comfortable to wear but no help!
