I had the greatest pleasure in dealing with Jaime. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable despite me not knowing much about what type of rings I wanted. Definitely would love to see her again the next time I am back in the store!
We had a terrible experience, we purchased a very expensive Wedding set around $5000. My husband also purchased his ring from there. There was a lady at the Rosny store, she used my husband’s private information to add him on social media. Not to mention I had to have my very expensive ring replaced 5 times due to incorrect sizing and diamonds consistently falling out. The quality of the product is not great.
After more than 10 years of shopping at Raymond Terrace and East Maitland with Michael Hill as the quality and service was always the best . After moving from mainland and now shopping at Michael Hill Rosny and Hobart I highly recommend Kelly from Hobart who went above and beyond to assist with a problematic ring . Her service care and quick service and response was excellent
