I was served by Maysa on 07/08/25 she helped me out with my girlfriends 21’st birthday gift and it was absolutely perfect she loved it! I couldn’t be more happy with the service and how I was treated even though I came in with dirty high vis clothes I was still treated like a high end civilian. 10/10 service Maysa will definitely be back again for my girls 22nd, 23rd and even 99th!
One of the best services and quality you can get thanks to Glen the store manager for making my day by all means 🙌 Yes, the price is not as cheap as others but you get what you pay for, with them, you get life time warranty on the diamond ring in case your woman loosesa diamond which is the most heartbreaking story to any girl that's for sure. I don't post reviews often if ever but Michael Hill Eastland deserve it. We were welcomed by a attractive girl Masa who was so friendly and welcoming. We purchased a gift for our son's birthday and Masa went above and beyond to help us pick the right watch with a good price too. Can't recommend her or this place more. Thank you for making my day.

Really dissapointing experience with the team at Michael Hill Eastland. I had purchased a ring which wasn't the right size so I popped into the Eastland store to swap to a smaller size. They explained there was only 2 left in Australia and they were both out of state. If I wanted to secure them, I should finalize it quickly. So later that day I finalised the swap and was told it would only take a couple of days to come in.
