Received terrible customer service today 3/1/26 from Lillian Z (asian lady) grumpy, un friendly face, she clearly didn’t want to be at work!! (MH Doncaster) Not even a greeting from her or any of the other staff. Train your staff members better!! Find a new job Lillian or get some proper customer service training. DO BETTER and learn to smile and be friendly- smiling is free!! Huge thanks to Guiliana at Michael Hill Doncaster for patiently untangling a very stubborn knot in a necklace while it was still around the neck. When other stores turned us away, Irene answered our call and assured us they would try their best. We had visited multiple Michael Hill stores with no success before this. Their kindness and skill were exceptional, and we will happily travel 30 km to shop at Michael Hill Doncaster again.
