I went to the store yesterday to fix a tangled necklace I had purchased a few years ago. Even though the lifetime warranty had expired (since I hadn’t kept up with the recommended cleaning every three months), the staff were still incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to carefully detangle my necklace and made sure everything looked great again. Truly excellent customer service—much appreciated!
Really shit customer service unfortunately. Went there to try on a few different diamond rings but the first staff left right way after showing me 2 rings and never got back to me. The second staff was next to me the whole time servicing another customer, but also didn’t bother to acknowledge me or ask me what I was after. She finally attended to me after 20mins, then showed me 2 different rings which literally took 2 mins and started asking and serving another customer that arrived way after me. Went there before to look at a necklace and was served by the old lady with black hair and a lot of big rings. At first she greeted me warmly and helped me look at the jewelry, but after I said thank you and I’ll come back another day to buy them her smile immediately dropped and didn’t say goodbye back to me. Turned up to look at wedding bands. Stood around waited for someone to serve us… so we sat down eventually.. still nothing. My partner goes up to the counter the lady looks at her and walks off and then still nothing no service.. they then walk off and serve the next couple. Talk about ruining an experience that’s meant to be exciting. Thanks for nothing
