I had a great experience the first time I visited this store and looked at my dream ring with Mitchel. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was completely different. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the team at Michael Hill. Every single time I come in, they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely take such great care of their clients. Most recently, I came in after accidentally bending my wedding ring. Not only did they reshape it for me in about 15 minutes, they also cleaned and polished it so beautifully that it looked brand new again.
