Similar to another recent reviewer, I tried to return an item per the "30 day Change Of Mind" policy and was denied. The sales associates never made the stipulations of the policy clear to me at the time of purchase, and were unwilling to work with me to find a solution. The drastic change in attitude towards me when I went in to make a purchase vs a return was unsettling. A disappointing experience, to say the least. I would stick with Frontenac Jewellers downtown if you are looking for fine / luxury pieces in Kingston.
We asked for a ring to be resized. It came back larger than requested, and the unique shape of the ring was altered without warning. I was told the issue was due to my finger being cold—which was not the case. When we spoke to the manager on site, he was dismissive, interrupted us, and refused to acknowledge the clear difference between the photos they took and the ring we received back.
