I’m not one to write bad reviews but this must be said . My husband got my wedding ring set with Michael Hill. Not until recently I had to get a repair done on the engagement ring because I had a diamond fall off. It went in for a repair. Got it back and not even 2 days later another diamond fell off. Went back in for another repair, got it back and another diamond fell off. Keep in mind they were all different ones each time . Everytime I go to Michael Hill's I receive excellent service. Sosi is very knowledgeable and her insights always helps to guide me. I have sent family members there because I know they will be well taken care of. I highly recommend Michael Hill in the Cambridge mall.
