I always enjoy visiting this location! The manager I believe (red hair and glasses) is always so helpful and goes out of her way to make suggestions and ensure every experience is a positive one. Even when I stop in for cleanings she makes sure everything is up to a certain standard! I appreciate your hard work and will continue to shop here thank you
I love going to the Michael Hill in Cambridge! Meaghan (hopefully I spelt that right lol) and the team there are such lovely and friendly people. I always receive such excellent customer service whenever I stop by there and this location is my go to store. Keep up the great service!
I cant say enough good things about Michael Hill but specifically Sosi. I bought my fiance’s wedding band in the summer of 2022 for our wedding the following year. Plans changed and we had to move the date so the ring was never sized to fit his finger. Jump ahead to Oct 20th, we brought his band in to be sized for our wedding in 4 months and was told they couldn’t size it because it was tungsten. I was devastated.
