Their customer service have been superb regardless of our spendings. My son bought me a silver neckless for mother's day with 25% off there last week . All 4 shop ladies who served me and my teenage son (the day before Mother's Day, on the day, and after service) were very helpful and superb even though all we spent was $111. Especially today, the lady fixed my son's chain he bought 2 years ago from the other Michael Hill for free. Really mediocre experience today, wouldn’t go back based on that. Husband went the time before me and said she was great. But today was enough for me to go nah !
I went in a few days ago in search of an engagement ring for myself. Had no clue what I was looking for, just knew I needed something to mark the occasion. The lovely lady, who I believe was the store manager, was exceptionally patient and walked me through a variety of options until I found one I liked. This was my second time here having purchased a pendant for my partner last year. Excellent service both times. Will be back.
