Absolutely disgusting experience from a horrible staff member. The main diamond on my ring fell out and he made it out as if I had lost it on Purpose and said because I hadn’t come in 6 months my care plan was void now. He didn’t listen to reason and didn’t bother being helpful just rude and repeating himself. Do not shop for your special rings at Micheal hill the diamond will inevitably get lost and then you’ll be stuck not being able to do anything about it without paying even more out of pocket! Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service, came here 3 months ago to get my ring cleaned at first she said she can clean it and then said we don’t have a buffer machine here and to clean it we would have to send it to Queensland. What a joke Also I said my goodbyes and was walking out and they are still talking to me as I’m walking out of the store which is rude, you’ve said sorry once why keep repeating as I’m walking out. The truth is they are reluctant to help you based on certain criteria
Disappointed in the service team at Bankstown Michael hill I just had an question - as last time I came in at 6 months and 1 day to get my ring cleaned and one of my diamonds replaced as it had fallen off for them to only say that my lifetime warranty was now void.
