Always amazing customer service from all staff members. Always help me find the lower price but higher equity in value!! Keep up the amazing work!!
Friendly staff (that’s all the positive that I can say) Nowhere in these reviews or on the website (that I could see) does it say that they only work on their own brand. Don’t bother calling, booking a appointment or walking in if you want work done on other brands.
On entering the store the service was altogether wonderful. Jake provided us with engaging conversation about the sales that were on giving us a great discount, the lovely ladies on staff used this time to clean my wife's jewellery making it sparkle like new. Our purchases were very special and the Jake went out of his way to assist us when we had issues with one item a couple of days later. I would highly recommend the store and staff for the excellent customer experience and will happily shop there in future!
Went it to look at wedding bands with my wife. Upgraded to a modern charcoal band. It was on sale. #winning
