This review is only in regards to their bracelets and bangles . Going by many other Michael hill reviews there is clearly a problem with the clips either they are cheaply done or the jeweller hasn’t a clue on how to make a secure clip. None of their products are cheap but the finish on them are at a point where they are not safe to wear out and the fear of losing a expensive piece of jewellery isn’t worth wearing them… Michael Hill needs to listen to their customers and rectify this issue at no cost… I’ve had bangles and bra... read more

I bought myself a retirement present and had it on layby. Each staff member I have interacted with have been friendly and professional. I collected it today and was treated beautifully again. Well done 👏
If you want poor customer service, be blatantly lied to your face in relation to product exchange then go here. Quality of product is disgraceful. If at Westfield I’d go to every other jeweller and leave if MH was the last one to visit.
