Been to various locations and the service has been great at each location. Staff are very welcoming and friendly! Great experience at Michael Hill!!! They are not like other jewellery stores in busy malls that don’t even acknowledge you as you’re standing around, waiting to see an item and eventually walk out because because none of the staff even acknowledge you or even look at you for that matter. This is why I will always go back to Michael Hill and not their competitors!

I came into the Fairview Mall location in kitchener to have a new clasp put on my 10k gold men's chain and the service was amazing and very fast @ replacing my old broken clasp with a new one and the price was way cheaper than any other jewelery store in the mall so I highly recommend this location.
Rose is absolutely amazing! She helped me find the perfect wedding band and went above and beyond to make everything perfect! An incredible experience at Michael Hill!
2nd set of these... First did the same thing, pearl popped off. 2nd pair were free, but this is annoying tbh. The backing on one of the sides became discoloured as well.
