My visit did not feel rushed and allof my questions and concerns were validated and addressed.
From my very first phone call to them until I left the office. I could not have been happier.Complete professional professionalism at every level.Dr Patel and his staff listened to my concerns, explained everything to me appropriately so that I could understand what my plan of treatment would be going forward.I would highly recommend them.
Dr Patel cleared up so confusion for me as to why his office scheduled me for a follow up. Seems it all actually came from a request from my VA provider. I did tell him about a concern I had & he scheduled me for an endoscopy early next month to find out what's happening. Dr Patel is very good at explaining all to me & he's very respectful treated me with dignity. His front desk personnel and the nurse who checked me in all were warm, welcoming, courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
My procedure was on time, with a pre and post debrief.

I went in for a routine colonoscopy screening. The staff was super friendly and efficient. My check-in process was smooth and I started on time. Dr Bradford completed the procedure and updated me immediately after I woke up. He was courteous and informative.
