Dr. was supposed to call in a prescription for me, but didn’t. Nurse was supposed to call me for a followup but that didn’t happen either.

As a patient, it was my responsibility to make a list of questions or concerns for discussion with Dr.Manolakis—so as to use the appointment time wisely. After she thoroughly reviewed the results of the procedure I had, she took time to subsequently discuss concerns I had brought to the appointment, in a respectful manner. I appreciated that. Dr. Butt came and introduced himself to me before the procedure and asked if I knew what it was for. They got the results to me very quickly and checked on me the day after the procedure. If anyone is nervous about having a colonoscopy done, I highly recommend Dr. Butt as he will explain the procedure and make sure you understand and are comfortable with it.
