Excellent throughout! From reception to checkout.
My first visit to the office and the staff was warm, caring and friendly. Dr Held was attentive, no laptop in hand, listened to what I had to say and explained the whole diagnosis. He too was welcoming and friendly. I would certainly recommend
Dr. Michael Held and his entire team at ONS in Wilton/Stamford are absolutely amazing. Every single person on staff is professional, kind, considerate and personable. They all are striving to make your experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. Everyone is focused on the details (prep, care, follow up etc) without losing sight of the patient as a person and an individual with specific needs and concerns. I can not speak more highly of my experience. They are incredible.
From my initial visit with Dr. Held until the completion of a very successful hip replacement, I was impressed by Dr. Held and everyone I dealt with at ONS. All options were explained clearly and once a decision was made to perform the surgery, the support from everyone at ONS and Greenwich Hospital was exemplary.
