Ordered a drive by appraisal that took over one week. Needed to be corrected and the secretary refused to let me speak to the chief appraiser. Will never use them again. Would not return calls or emails.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! i requested an apprasial with specific terms and was promised the best. everyone i spoke to was rude after the appraisal was done. getting information and speaking to contacting someone was like pulling teeth. i left voice mail messages and emails and received no response for days. i would not use them again and would not recommend.
