Very efficient Great staff
Dr. Herra is caring, competent and professional. He is the best!
Dr. Harrer is a very nice guy. I had total faith in a good outcome. However, I have been declared a failed knee replacement. My initial complaints, 6 weeks post-surgery, were not taken seriously at first. Later on, I saw great concern. However, 8 months later, and I still can't walk up stairs. I haven't decided what my next steps will be or if I even have options.
Dr Harrer was professional and thorough. He was willing to discuss different options for treatment tailored to my timeframes.
It was very nice I was so happy Dr. Harrer is great for the first time meeting him. And the staff was awesome very happy and cheerful

I’m pleased with my visit with Dr. Harrer. I’m a returning person to have my other knee replaced after seven years. I hope to have the same outcome as the first.
