I love Dr. Hancock and the office team. I have just had one of the worst phone experiences that I’ve ever had in my 52 years of life. Got a new pump and was struggling with abnormal low blood sugars. I called which I don’t usually do and she was rough from the start. I let it go because I assumed she was just getting info. She would not let me finish anything telling her anything. I absolutely love this endocrinologist Dr. Michael Hancock II. He is very thorough. He answers all of my questions. He listens to my concerns. Dr. Hancock is great at what he does. I refer him to all of my friends and family. His assistants are great as well. Everyone cares for you as a person not another paycheck. We need more health care professionals like this. Thank you Dr. Hancock and staff!
Dr. Hancock is probably the best diabetic doctor in indiana. The only problem is he is so popular that you have to schedule out 6 months to see him. My advice is schedule with nurse practitioner every other 4 or 6 months and doctor Hancock every other 4 or 6 months. I have had no problem since doing this. Hope this helps cause he is a very good doctor.
The absolute best doctor I have ever been to. He is kind and listens to you and all your needs. His staff is wonderful and they are always on time!!
