Simply put, I asked for balayage for a more natural look/blend for my root touch up and to add some blonde to FIX the ugly color I had from last time I did my service with him(which by the way I had to return again for another round of toner) but he doesn’t know what balayage is so I figured I should stick to what he knows, highlights. I explained that I wanted CROWN highlights and face frame highlights since I was getting my extensions reinstalled.
