Does anyone know how we can get our records?
FRAUDULENT! I ordered contacts and paid my co-pay. They called and I waited 2 weeks to get my contacts. When I went back, their doors were closed! No call, and they billed my insurance, and never reversed the claim.
Went by the office 2 weeks ago and found that they had closed the office, did not bother to notify me they were no longer in business and left no way to contact them to see about getting my records. I had been a patient for over 20 years. The state licensing board shows he renewed his license but lists his old information. He is a good doctor but the way this has been handled if he contacts me with a new office address I will go and collect my records and find another doctor.
The worst!!!! The Dr is great! The secretary or assistant is not. You never get an answer on the phone or call back after leaving several messages. You order contacts they take months for you to get! Stay away from here if you want a place that puts their patients first
