I will be contacting Dpt of children and families regarding their elder abuse.Dr Manning is a cateract surgeon,all elder patients.went in yesterday morn first thing in the morn when it was in the 30's.Sat there for 4 hrs freezing,no heat.I was getting several exams,and was sick this morn with lung congestion from the cold,I have asthma.They also told me they took my insurance ,which they do not.It was horrible!they should be shut down
